Rates:

Contact the office for the current rates of an individual session (telephone or video) or a couples/family session (telephone or video) if you do not have health insurance coverage, or if you prefer to pay out of pocket.

Please note that if you are paying out of pocket you will be required to pay prior to the start of your scheduled session. Also, if you have out-of-network mental health (outpatient) insurance benefits I can provide you with a superbill upon request that you will be responsible for submitting to your insurance company for reimbursement. Out-of-network mental health benefits usually reimburse a percentage of the fees paid for each session, but you would have to confirm with your insurance carrier what your plan covers prior to the session.

Accepted payment types:

Debit and all major credit cards are accepted via Square (HIPPA complaint). Fees are to be paid prior to the beginning of every session.

Cancellations:

Please notify the office 24 hours in advance if you are unable to make your scheduled appointment. This policy is designed to respect the time management and scheduling of the clinician and all other clients who may be impacted.

Insurance Options:

Depending on your current health insurance plan or employee benefit plan, it is possible for services to either be covered in full or in part.

Therefore, please contact your health insurance plan provider to confirm how your plan reimburses you for psychotherapy services.

Questions to ask your insurance plan:

Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?
Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it, and have I met it yet?
Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?
Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?
