Throughout the years, I have worked successfully with individuals, couples, groups, and families with a broad range of concerns including parenting problems, addiction, career challenges, depression, divorce, domestic abuse, and eating disorders.

Additionally, I have worked with persons coping with illness, grief, loss, family conflict, pre-marital concerns, anxiety, infidelity, OCD, men’s issues, sexual abuse, spirituality, suicidal ideation, PTSD, weight loss, women’s issues, relationships issues, and panic attacks. I have also helped many people who have experienced physical trauma or emotional abuse.

It has always been my goal to assist with rebuilding people's lives and restoring families.  As a clinician, I understand the transformative power of therapy and it has made me very passionate about helping to bring stability to my client's lives.

Therefore, it is enriching to provide professional distance counseling services via telephone or video, so that anyone struggling with life’s difficulties can get assistance, anywhere and at any time to deal with their challenges effectively.
